Zempaa proudly participated in the 2025 Enugu Tech Fest Hackathon — a dynamic gathering of innovators, developers, and forward-thinking startups from across Enugu and Nigeria at large. The event brought together some of the brightest minds in tech to solve real-world challenges using emerging technologies.
Competing among top-tier startups and engineering teams, our Zempaa team embraced the challenge head-on, pushing the limits of what’s possible with artificial intelligence and eCommerce innovation. We developed and pitched a smart solution designed to improve online shopping experiences by leveraging AI to personalize user journeys, automate processes, and simplify transactions.

ETF Hackathon Presentation & Prize
During the 2025 Enugu Tech Fest Hackathon, Zempaa proudly took the stage to present our innovative AI-powered eCommerce solution to a panel of industry experts, tech leaders, and fellow innovators. With confidence and passion, our team showcased how Zempaa is revolutionizing online shopping experiences by building Ai customer centric driven solutions.
Our live demo and real-world use case presentation resonated deeply with the judges and audience alike. As a result, Zempaa was honored as the Second Runner-Up in the competition — securing a remarkable cash prize of ₦350,000 from the Honourable Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology in Enugu to be precise and from the Enugu State Government ₦150,000 from the Vice Chancellor (VC) of GOU. This recognition not only celebrates our innovation and teamwork but also motivates us to push further in building cutting-edge solutions for Africa's digital commerce space.
